This has a little more bite than anticipated. An excellent drop made even better as a blend with the Honey Liqueur.
Very smooth, perhaps a little bland, but very drinkable.
Mixed as a 'Rusty Nail' with Honey Spirit at nominally 50/50 the blend was superb.
The best alcoholic honey I've had. It's pure honey, not mixed with whiskey or filled with spices. Goes perfectly with blue cheese.
So easy to drink.
Nice warm feeling as it goes down

Very nice drop indeed. The initial aroma and palate taste mildly reminds me of my homemade honey mead from back in the day, but from then on, it's pure delight.

I didn'teven know it was possible to make liquor from honey ,but it'smy newobsession.
Only to be shared with good friends ( if there are lucky ) lol So glad I bought 2 bottles .
