Crafted for Everyone: Introducing the Jance Double Oak

After years of experimentation and maturation, Jance Distillery is thrilled to finally introduce our take on Australian blended malt whisky: the Double Oak. Our Master Distiller designed this spirit for everyone, embarking on a journey to create something approachable for everyone. This resulted in a smooth and light profile, suiting the palates of seasoned enthusiasts and those new to the world of whisky.

The Jance Double Oak is aged twice in ex-Bourbon barrels to add layers of complexity to the flavours in each sip. On the nose, gentle vanilla and smooth caramel mingle with subtle hints of coconut before blooming into the crisp notes of orchard fruits and flowers. An underlying cereal warmth rounds out the bouquet. Savour the symphony of gentle vanilla, warmed spice and touches of citrus and berry that dance on the palate. The long, smooth finishes allow all flavours to linger and evolve, underlining the spirit's balanced complexity.

“We’re very excited to have our first whisky out,” shares James Mizzi, one of the founders of Jance Distillery. “We take pride in the whisky and what it achieves.”

“It’s been over three years in the making and seeing the Double Oak Whisky come to life is an incredible milestone for us,” expresses Lance Mizzi, Co-Founder of Jance Distillery. “Our aim with the Double Oak was to create a whisky that everyone can enjoy. It’s smooth, approachable, and incredibly versatile, making it perfect for any occasion. We hope it becomes a go-to favorite for whisky lovers and newcomers alike.”

Enjoy the Jance Double Oak neat, mixed or on ice, basking in the cozy warmth brought by its 40% alcohol by volume (ABV). At a price of $65, our Double Oak offers remarkable value for a premium whisky.
