At the Distillery Door, this drink has been all the rage. Or buzz, rather. Our pals over at 4DONKEY Bar concocted a cocktail that combines the Jance Rested Honey Spirit and Honey Liqueur to bring a refreshing taste in each sip. If you can't drop by their Surry Hills location, here's how you can make it at home.
Ingredients
15ml Jance Rested Honey Spirit
15ml Jance Honey Liqueur
30ml Butterscotch Schnapps
60ml Lemon Juice
3 drops foaming agent
Orange twist
Method
Fill a shaker with cracked ice. Combine Jance Rested Honey Spirit, Jance Honey Liqueur, Butterscotch Schnapps, lemon juice and foaming agent. Shake until well-frosted. Strain into a glass. Garnish with an orange twist and serve.
